Mosquito-borne (in urban areas Aedes aegypti) viral disease. Yellow fever severity ranges from influenza-like symptoms to severe hepatitis and hemorrhagic fever. It occurs only in tropical South America and sub-Saharan Africa, where most cases are reported; the fatality rate is less than 20%. Other vectorborne diseases are Malaria, Dengue fever, Yellow fever, Japanese Encephalitis, African Trypanosomiasis, Cutaneous Leishmaniasis, Plague, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, Rift Valley fever, Chikungunya.
